Apply a purchased theme
Open My skins, choose an unlocked theme and select Apply to Codex in the desktop client.
Restore the official appearance
Restore remains available even when you are signed out or offline.
Refresh an expired download
Request a new short-lived download link. Your permanent purchase is not affected.
Recover a locked account
Use the verified email recovery flow. Purchases stay tied to the same internal account.
Request a refund
Open the order record and follow the refund policy for duplicate charges or technical failure.
